my 2011 review

Alhamdulillah 2011 is almost over. I can’t believe I got through this year safely.LOL.

2011 left with bittersweet memories.

This is the year, which I lose someone whom I thought would be my best friend forever and turned out she’s a backstabber with multiple masks only to hide her true awful self. I really ought to kick myself for believing in her and almost ignore my mom’s advice about getting too attached to her. It started small then it turned out big. If only there’s a bigger sign in the beginning. She played me well and for that I can’t forgive her. She’s out of my life and for that ALHAMDULILLAH. I’m through, don’t want to think of her or talk about her or see her and I banned her forever. Yet, I feel obligated telling closest people that the she and I share relationship with. I feel sorry for those who haven’t been played by her. But then again, I think it’s not my place. I don’t want to be in the same level as her. She is low enough. Sometimes I feel that she chose to stab me in the back because I’m an easy target. She knew I love her and our friendship that she took the chance and left me feeling dumb. Early 2011 started awful but the awfulness gradually subsides

Enough about her already, this post is not about her…it’s my review of the year 2011.

Famous Story - a mother's sacrifice

This is a true story of Mother’ s Sacrifice during the Japan Earthquake. After the Earthquake had subsided, when the rescuers reached the ruins of a young woman’s house, they saw her dead body through the cracks. But her pose was somehow strange that she knelt on her knees like a person was worshiping; her body was leaning forward, and her two hands were supporting by an object. The collapsed house had crashed her back and her head. With so many difficulties, the leader of the rescuer team put his hand through a narrow gap on the wall to reach the woman’s body. He was hoping that this woman could be still alive. However, the cold and stiff body told him that she had passed away for sure. He and the rest of the team left this house and were going to search the next collapsed building. For some reasons, the team leader was driven by a compelling force to go back to the ruin house of the dead woman. Again, he knelt down and used his had through the narrow cracks to search the little space under the dead body. Suddenly, he screamed with excitement,” A child! There is a child! “ The whole team worked together; carefully they removed the piles of ruined objects around the dead woman. There was a 3 months old little boy wrapped in a flowery blanket under his mother’ s dead body. Obviously, the woman had made an ultimate sacrifice for saving her son. When her house was falling, she used her body to make a cover to protect her son. The little boy was still sleeping peacefully when the team leader picked him up. The medical doctor came quickly to exam the little boy. After he opened the blanket, he saw a cell phone inside the blanket. There was a text message on the screen. It said ,” If you can survive, you must remember that I love you.” This cell phone was passing around from one hand to another. Every body that read the message wept.

the wait

The wait is only worth it when you know what exactly you are waiting for. If you can’t see what is at the end of the journey, then there is no point in waiting.

Sophia-Bella: 12 Days of Hogwarts

I'm a total Youtube junkies.  Youtube videos have taught me a lot, learning on almost everything from putting on false eyelashes to beading.  Apart from that, I also get to watch videos of people from all over the world documenting their every day lives.  Youtube videos are more real than fake act on tv and eventhough they sometimes shows useless random videos, I still enjoy watching them just because they're fun to watch.  I subscribe to few channels such as michellephan on make-up tutorial, some girls doing tutorial on how to wear stylish hijab, also geofg channel, an American who video-taping his cute Japanese-American daughter, Nina and not forgetting Sophia and Bella of mugglesam channel.  Following previous post on Harry Potter jokes, I came across a video of sisters, Sophia and Bella from Canada singing the 12 days of Hogwarts.  I found these little girls charming and singing a made-up song about Hogwarts, I cannot resist posting the video on my blog.  Here is the video, (credit goes to mugglesam who wrote the song):

Harry Potter jokes

Okay, before I started this blog, my initial plan was to create a blog on anything Harry Potter because I'm a huge fan. I started obsessing with Harry Potter since I was 16 (still am), me and my buddy used to gather at the back of the class and exchange stories, make jokes and comments on anything about Harry Potter. I even started a RPG forum where I'm the headmistress teaching care of magical creatures. The forum even reached 100 members. We did the sorting houses, have openings where we interview those who wanted to be professors in Hogwarts...we had fun imagining we're in Hogwarts. I shut down the forum because I've no longer have time to play RPG since I left school to further studies. Plus, the internet is not as easily accessible at the dorm.

Check out some of my avatars in Harry Potter RPG forum:

I always got sorted into Ravenclaw, thus the blue scarf avatar.

My time is not as ample as before because now I'm being more preoccupied than usual. Thus, the plan of having a blog dedicated to all Harry Potter has long gone out the window. Now, I enjoy having a laugh at Harry Potter jokes on Tumblr and cruising for Harry Potter related news. Therefore, in this entry I'm going to post some hilarious jokes about Harry Potter that I collected by surfing the web. Enjoy =)

a poem about us

I am full of emotions today, I can’t really do anything…as I scribble his name on a piece of paper, I didn’t realize I let down a tear. Somehow I manage to compose a poem, the story of us so far and I hope our story will never end.

August is when we meet again
In a funny way
I have a new friend
To light up my day

September was full of stories
Of bitter and sweet
That washes away my worries
Of promises to meet

October came with challenges
With trick and treats
But nothing ever change
Even if you’re far than eyes could meet

Now November almost gone
But of you I still fond
The thought of losing you make me shudder
As I sense you now grow colder

December is coming near
How I wish I have you here
To brush away my tear
Make me believe and show no fear
Believe in the love, for you will always be my dear

fb games that im addicted to

grumpy vs happy

Things that make me light up:

Chocolate
Playful cat
Happy ending
Pleasant surprise
Videos of cute baby
Breakfast with loved ones
Reminiscing sweet memories
When someone tell me that they love me
Random people who smile sincerely at me
Finally completing something either chores, projects

Things that get on my nerves:

Moody people
Liars and cheaters
People who cut in line
Signs in the back of the car
People who put others down
Long repeating commercial breaks
Shop assistants who do not assist
Know-it-all when actually they don’t have a clue
Things that are not what they seem as advertised
Email spam telling you won a lottery/inherited something

longing

Cheering up and try not to think about it too much... I can't focus on anything.

this is me in current state

this is what i wish for

my take on black pepper beef stir fry

Sorry no picture, I refuse to post a bad picture of the dish as I only use the camera on my handphone.

Ingredients:
Beef fillet - I slice the beef into thin strips, I like it this way because they will cook faster and easier to chew
2-3 cloves of garlic - minced
Cili padi - minced. Apparently, in English it's called bird's eye chilli, the amount of cili padi used is entirely up to you.
A bit of ginger - minced
1 onion - chopped into rings
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
About 1 tbs of ground black pepper
1/2 cup of water
Salt to taste

You can also add in veggies, such as bell pepper/snow pea

Method:
Heat wok with medium heat, toss in minced garlic, ginger and cili padi. Cook them for awhile.
Toss in the beef, add in oil if necessary. Pour some water so that the beef is moist and cook until the water become almost dry.
Add ground black pepper, 1-2 tbs of oyster sauce, a bit soy sauce and salt.
Lastly, toss in onion rings and your choice of veggies.

love confession in stardust

I watched Stardust for 5 times now, it's my kind of movie. The best part is when Yvaine (Claire Danes) confess her love to Tristan (Charlie Cox) when he was turn to mouse by a witch who captured his mother. Here is her monologue about love and her love confession:

her diary his diary

So..today I had a quick chat on YM with papa bear. We seldom talk and always find ways to get in touch. I thought since we're in LDR, communication is crucial. At one point in our quick chat, he blurted how one of his female friend has a scandal with someone living in my neighbourhood. He added, his friend once asked if he would like to have a casual relationship with her. My response was, if he did or consider having a relationship with her behind my back, I won't confront him or listen to his explanation, I would just disappear from his life without trace and he won't ever hear one single news about me. I went on and on and told him what I would do and he just kept quiet. Suddenly, he gave me this link and I instantly felt embarrassed.

Kuda Kepang & Barongan

I had a chance to witness the most fascinating, breath-taking, out of this world performance of kuda kepang.

Kuda Kepang is a horse trance dance from Jawa, Indonesia. It is said that it was created by the Wali Songo in spreading the religion of Islam in Indonesian island of Jawa for the dance dramatizes tales of holy wars won for Islam. The dancers are usually all men, they sits astride a mock horse and re-enact the battles according to the beat of percussion ensemble consisting of mainly drums, gongs, bonang and angklung. A dancer known as Danyang will take the lead by directing the other dancers using a whip. It is believed that the dance have strong links to the spirit world. The mock horse is said to harbour spirits which have to be appeased in a pre-dance ceremony.

My encounter with a loser who has the biggest ego but the tiniest brain

Yesterday I had a disturbing chat with a stranger in facebook. I was chatting with my boyfriend on YM while playing Sims Social, and suddenly this person D.N…I don’t know if that even his real name, said hi and start asking questions like he wanted to get to know me. He thinks it is okay to skip the introduction part and so sure that I’m interested to get to know him since it was in facebook where you get to know people. He started asking me some personal questions that I really am not comfortable about. Judging from his questions, he probably went through my info page and asks if I already got a job. I was thinking that maybe he wanted to offer me a job but when I ask why he wanted to know he said, “I just want to know”. I didn’t really want to share something that isn’t certain because I’m still in line with other candidates for the second interview so I said “Well, I don’t think I want to share that information with you (I put a smiley face so that he understands it)”…suddenly he was pissed and said there is no reason for me to keep it a secret and he said that with that kind of attitude, I wouldn’t go far in any job. I replied why should I tell you because I want to keep it a secret and if I tell you where I applied the job can you reassure that I get that job? I don’t tell people about this why should I tell you, a complete stranger and why the hell you want to be pissed about it? He was not satisfied and added that not all degree graduates are smart and just because I got a degree doesn’t mean that I’m not stupid. You barely know me and you call me stupid, I was pissed but I keep myself compose because I think maybe he just had a rough day or pitiful life and he was envy of how I accomplished something in my life and he does not so he pick a random victim so that he can act all superior and ticks other people to reassure he was not the only one who is miserable in this world. I said to myself, who the hell is this maniac who claims that he was right and got all the wisdom from experience and I’m a fresh meat who still got a lot to learn which I totally agree and he is in the right place to give me advices since he was smarter because he got a lot experience and all I got is a piece of degree??? He claimed that he doesn’t get a chance to further study in any university so what right he has saying I’m stupid? Clearly he doesn’t know how much a student has to endure to get a degree? He talks as in my 18 years effort to get a degree is nothing and simply come into conclusion that I’m stupid? He has no right to say that because he doesn’t even know me and doesn’t he realize calling people stupid is belittling Allah SWT works? He doesn’t pay for my courses and did not experience the hardwork that I put into, does that make him able to say those hurtful things to people he barely knows? He is actually belittle the effort of every student who work hard and sacrifice a lot so that he can satisfy his pathetic ego! He said that I shouldn’t be angry when he calls me stupid because he was right, because he has more experience than I do. I then ask if I call you stupid, would you be angry? When I called him stupid, he was crazily angry and said that I should repent and he pitied me for studying so far but has little brain. I tell you, what my lecturer said…having lots of experience doesn’t make you smart, when older people like your parents tell you what to do and don’t do things they don’t like you to is simply because they made more mistakes and have become stupid first to become smart about things later. That’s why they don’t want you to repeat the same mistakes they did because they have experience the outcomes. Calling people stupid doesn’t make you smart, it shows how stupid you are because you saying things you don’t even know and you say it to make you look smart, but really, you don’t.

Whoever wants to read our chats, I will gladly email it to you…at least you learn how to avoid people like that…and I’m so agree that the world will be a much better place if there are no people who think they are smart and say wrong things and resulted to disaster. I personally think this type of people is the one who starts the wars. They want to show how superior they are by stepping other people and ruin other people’s lives. Shame on you and please grow up before you advising people.

Do you know the difference between education and experience? Education is when you read the fine print; experience is what you get when you don't.

muslims fashion that I found cool but afraid to try

Bright colour looks fun and looks like you are promoting yourself for people to look at you. A muslimah is encourage to be modest not attracting people. Clothes like long skirt and tight leggings look fashionable. Pair a really loose blouse with a tight leggings sure look cool but it's body-hugging which is not encourage. Plus, long skirt looks nice with long sleeve tee tuck in but the silhouette of your buttocks is showing. Loose blouse is encourage when it covers the rear end. You look like a doll wearing short dress ballerina-like skirt...of course you have to wear inner but inner is body-hugging and I think the point of putting on inner is so that you are able to wear sheer material so that people cannot see your body parts. Leather jacket looks nice if its body-hugging and not baggy. I sure loves muslimah fashion these days but I need to be careful which to follow and which not, not that I'm a fashion follower..I wear what I feel comfortable with, which I also need to be careful of.

Like my cousin said, I don't want to look hot now, because I'm afraid I will feel hot hereafter..

my job interview experience

Great interviews come from hardwork. I believe everyone can ace job interview if they did their homework; this includes company's profile and background, understanding of job requirements, facts and current issues about the company, etc...

For today interview, I did a thorough check on the company and its job requirement. I also read about some useful tips on what should or what not before, during and after the interview session. I even practice on what to say to my potential employer on how to promote myself and make myself employable. Among many questions ask is "tell me about yourself". It is the most ancient but almost a must in every interview meeting. I came upon a tip on how to tackle this sort of question. It's kinda a trick question, although it is not specific...you can't go randomly talking about your life. Potential employer didn't really ask about your hobbies, relationship status and how you spend your free time. They really want to hear about your previous employment (if any), work/academic achievements, what you want to get out of the job you are currently applying, your strengths...in short, you have to promote yourself and tell the employer why you are the best candidate for the job.

a day before convocation

What's so syiok on the 25th? It's my convocation of course! YAY!
I'm currently super duper excited about it and went on googling convocation. Apparently, convocation means "calling together" in Latin.

It's 1:30 in the morning and I'll be in shah alam for approximately in another 12 hours. To tell how overly excited I am about my convocation, I can't sleep, thus I decided to tried on countless hijab style to wear on the Big Day. I go through loads of youtube videos showing hijab tutorial and ended up with my own style. I picked points from here and there. I guess you can't really copycat others' style of wearing hijab as we are physically different. I tried loads of style but none really suits me. Alright then, I'm off packing bags now.
I'll be wearing purple. Will post pics of my Big Day.

i've fallen for you...

Recently I finally have fallen in love with one special man whom I honestly adore and respect after four years of distancing myself from a committed relationship. Although it wasn't the right moment for him to fall in love now considering his father is terminally ill with parkinson, I would think of it as a blessing in disguise. I know that during this period, he needs someone who he can really talk to because I've been in his shoes once when my mother had stroke. At that time, I didn't really have anyone to talk to. I deal the pressure on my own and I would be grateful if someone was there for me, and listen to what I have to say. I am very thankful that Allah SWT has given me the opportunity to meet someone like him. I hope I get to see him for the rest of my life. InshaAllah, amin.

This song reminded me of you.

im a hopeless romantic when i think of you

p/s: of all your pictures, I like this one the most because in this you smile the brightest and you look dreamy, maybe it's because of the cloud and sky, but without them, you still look dreamy to me. my own McDreamy...
I wrote your name in the sky,
but the wind blew it away.
I wrote your name in the sand,
but the waves washed it away.
I wrote your name in my heart,
and forever it will stay.

a story about finding true love that i find dreamy

While in the subway station, a 21 y/o web developer, Patrick saw a girl (her name is Camille) who he claimed is his dream girl. She got off the train and they got separated, Patrick was thinking of chasing after her but he didn't want her to think that he was stalking her. Thus, he made a website NYGIRLOFMYDREAMS and ask the public to spread the website in order to find her. The website spread like a virus and finally he found her, their first meeting was set up by Good Morning America.

you are always on my mind

What is the use of crying over a dead cat?
It is just a cat, another domesticated animal.
A cat doesn’t do anything, it just poop, sleep, eat, play around, then poop again.
A cat doesn’t help you with house chores, it cannot go to grocery and get you things, it doesn’t work and help you pay the bills…

Then again,
My cat is my beloved pet, I raised him since he was little, the only survivor of three other siblings. His mother left him when he was just 2 weeks old. I gave them milk, every 3 hours, I willingly woke up at 3am, and sleep at 12pm after giving them milk. I was dedicated and determined to nursed and cared for them until they able to eat on their own. But only he survived. The one and only. He was stronger and he has faith in me. He was determined to live.

still in raya mood

Salam,

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri...today is the 9th of Syawal and the Muslims in Malaysia are still in the mood to celebrate Aidilfitri. Most blogger will talk about how their hari raya went, but I'm going to skip that norm because hari raya is kind of similar every year except that I have to do extra chores as my cousins are fast married and most are spending their hari raya with the in laws. So, I'm still stuck doing chores with mama and aunts with the exception of my younger sister because she is ignorant and prefer running away with laptop in hand. But I'm not complaining because if I didn't do them, who else will? I can't possibly left mama and aunts doing all the heavy things. Plus, it was a good exercise.

I wouldn't wish for a better hari raya celebration with my family at kampung as I like it as it is. Hoping to celebrate next year Aidilfitri with a husband by my side.

The LDR

Love comes in many forms; love of mother to her child, love among best friends, love between 2 persons that usually end up in marriage, love is a meal prepared for you, even a smile or a hello. Love helps personal growth from within and able to carry one through obstacles. One should not receive all the love one can get but also give love back because it is one way to repay the gift of life.

The love I would like to talk about is the love between 2 persons that hopefully will end up with marriage - till death do us part. Commonly, there are 3 stages which are first, you are a friend, then you express your feelings, you become lover, then you are ready to commit, you become married couple. A lover is someone who loves his/her other half in a relationship that they form under mutual wants and needs. Although, some are lucky when it comes to love, others may experience hardships and difficulties for example being in a long distance relationship. It is a relationship that takes place when the people involve in a relationship are separated by a distance. They may get separated over the need to further studies oversea, being deported, the need to travel to various countries on job account - even if there are ways to get connected, you can't really be satisfied unless the person you love is in front of you because you need to touch, smell, see, hear voice, taste the lips...ahem. Most cases, people in this type of relationship falls apart, seeing someone else without the other partner knowledge, grows colder between each other and end up separated. They will become frustrated because of the distance that keeps each other apart and mostly the relationship doesn't work out. They will be disappointed as the love they have for each other turn out not to be so great - most common excuses are:

The Boy Who Cried Wolf

Action sure speaks louder than words, it is useless to make empty promises of the sweetest things there are out there if one do not oblige to fulfill them. What you say, you must fulfill...once you didnt, people may not take notice, the second you didnt, people may take notice but do nothing, perhaps the third time you didnt, people may avoid you and stamp you simply as liar. If finally you decided to turn into new leaf, it is hard to gain trust and people have a hard time believing you.

Thus, it is not wise to lie. It is annoying and rude and disappointing once people found out! You would set bad examples to those around you especially people who are younger than you. As if you are saying it is okay to say those things, lie a bit to get away from a sticky situation, in fact, you are running from your responsibility. Set good examples and stop talking nonsense and lie about things. If you do, you make others suffer from your own doings, you letting people down, you build negative character, you will suffer in the end...

PDA much?

Some people might say that...

"She's jealous because she doesn't have a boyfriend yet"

Well, wrong! I'm not jealous but I don't want to suffocate or drown with your love between each other.

buddies?

I have a best friend whom will expect me to lend him a shoulder to cry on and to make him happy when he's sad but he will not do the same for me. I don't expect much just be there when I need someone to talk to.

He calls himself my bestfriend but I don't think so...not anymore.

Tarawih in Ramadhan

Solat Tarawih is the extra prayer that is performed during the night on the month of Ramadhan. Although it is not as compulsory as the 5 Compulsary Daily Prayer which takes place during Subuh, Zohor, Asar, Maghrib and Isyak. Tarawih is the plural word of Tarweeha which means to rest.

There are benefits for performing Tarawih:

Narrated by Abu Hurairah, Hadith 226:

“Whoever prayed at night in it (the month of Ramadan) out of sincere Faith and hoping for a reward from Allah, then all his previous sins will be forgiven.”

Teddy Bear -used to-

Throughout my life, I had a number of boyfriends beginning at the age of 18, right after finishing school but I start falling in love when I was 16, a guy from Malacca. His name is Afiq and he lives in Masjid Tanah.

When I first knew him, he went to MRSM Terendak, later furthering his studies in TUDM. His nickname is Ace but I called him Teddy. Well, we didnt really have a lover relationship not quite just a friendship. It was a crush by both me and him between me and him. Our relationship is quite complicated. I had dream that one day I'll marry him after graduating.

confession of a broken heart

I don’t know why I have this sudden urge and courage to write my current thoughts in this blog of mine. Maybe because it still hurts and feels so hard to swallow. Every time I think of it, my head started spinning, my chest feels heavy like there’s this piece of concrete block on top of it and I could not move it away, like it has found the perfect place to land upon. Just thinking about the moments, I shed some tears. Everybody kept telling it’s not meant to be and it doesn’t worth a tear. I don’t know anymore. I found solace just thinking about the moments but I also found pain at the end of my train of thoughts, don’t forget the big heavy sigh I let go of.

my stressful weekend

Hi there, hope you guys had a great weekend. I don't because I have to stay in my room finishing my final proposal. +_+" The only time I went out is for a quick drink with a bunch of office mate at Banafee, that's all. It kinda made my day though because the keyboard/singer in the band was super cute and he has this amazing voice that made you want to attentively listen. Hell, I don't mind if he sings an alien song, it's his voice I'm attracted to, and...his cute looks.. @_@ ehem!

Anyway, I'm not gonna talk about him in today post. I'm gonna talk about my new favourite YouTube star >>> NINA! She is a 4 year old half-American half-Japanese. She lives in Japan and her American dad recorded her everyday activities and post the videos on YouTube so that his family in America can see her growing up.

patience is a virtue

I had enough.

Is it a crime if you do not have a boyfriend?

Who decides at certain age you have to have a boyfriend?

Don't you people realize it is a torture for singleton to keep repeating the same answer as to why we do not have boyfriend/girlfriend...yet?

No my dear, I'm neither picky nor idealistic, I do know there's no such thing as prince charming or knight in shining armour. It's just that, I don't trust people easily. It takes time to build trust and love, some are not willing to wait that long with me. I don't believe in love at first sight honestly.

Patience is a virtue. When the time has come, and it is right... i'll know, and you'll know.

"Nothing gives one person so much advantage over another as to remain always cool and unruffled under all circumstances." Thomas Jefferson

super sweet birthday!

Hello there...

It's been days since my 24th birthday last Wednesday. I've received tons of wishes from loved ones that made me feel over the rainbow. There are surprises that made my heart melt and jump!
Every birthday I had was unforgettable and people I loved keep adding up. I love birthdays (altho it made you older,nvm...)

Talking about birthdays, have you ever watched MTV's My Super Sweet Sixteen? If you don't, go ahead Google it!...maybe later? Anyway, MTV's MSSS is a cool reality tv show where teens go over the top preparing for their 16th birthday (hence, the name of the show). MTV viewers get the chance to see all the drama behind the scenes that takes place in the preparation of the party from sending out the invitations to surprise birthday gifts that mostly involve luxury 4-wheelers (yes, I'm taking about them cars). Your jaws will drop to see these teens top each other by throwing birthday parties that exceed expectations. After seeing each episode, I will automatically daydreaming what MSSS will be like.

the life of an intern

Hello there February!

my fave month of the year. You wanna know why? Because it's my birthday on the 9th! Should I be happy that it's my birthday or sad because I'm gonna be a year older? Nahh.. I should be happy because birthday comes once a year. Plus, age is only a number. Age does not define you.

This year, I'm finally going to finish my studies and officially become an undergraduate. Next, I'm gonna do job-hunting and hope I get the job that I really enjoy doing. Feels weird that I'm unable to go to class and learn from my lectures and receive pocket money from mommy and daddy, instead I'll be working
my ass off
, doing jobs for my boss to earn a living. Currently, not looking forward for that! I have another 2 months to cherish the moment of being a final year student. Speaking of which I'm currently juggling a job and completing my thesis. Yikes! The life of an intern...why mine have to be SUCKish!

tick tock

tick tock tick tock

the clock is ticking...

i seriously...

need to...

focus on...

MY THESIS!

dates to be observed:
final proposal (Feb 21)
findings presentation (Apr 18)
submission of final report (May 2)

YIKES!

current progress:
the first idea that pop in my head was....Customer Satisfaction versus Customer Loyalty and Linking Employee Behaviour to Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.

ACCEPTED but...i cant do it because advisor said this is Post Graduate level and it takes time to do it, plus i do not meet the customers directly everyday...thus...

the final research topic is
STUDY OF RECRUITMENT OF INTERN BY INSURANCE AGENCY

i have done a simple research proposal and discuss what i want to do with it...next is i need to find supporting journals for the variables...so busy with work, no time to do...(sigh)

personality test

Your view on yourself:
You are intelligent, honest and sweet. You are friendly to everybody and don't like conflict. Because you're so cheerful and fun people are naturally attracted to you and like to talk to you.

The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:
You are not looking merely for a girl/boyfriend - you are looking for your life partner. Perhaps you should be more open-minded about who you spend time with. The person you are looking for might hide their charm under their exterior.

Your readiness to commit to a relationship:
You are ready to commit as soon as you meet the right person. And you believe you will pretty much know as soon as you might that person.

nak kenal ngan saya?

1. Apakah status anda.
Sekarang tahun akhir/semester akhir ijazah perniagaan antarabangsa, UiTM Shah Alam, jadi pelajar praktikal dekat TM Taman Pelangi. Nak sambung ke peringkat seterusnya, masih lagi nak belajar, tapi buat keputusan nak bekerja dulu.
Buat masa ni saya ada teman tapi mesra. Cik abang yang jauh dekat Perak nun...orang Johor jugak. Jadi, buat masa ni saya single but taken. Kawan dulu, kenal hati budi...*blushing*.

2. Ceritakan tentang diri anda.

What do girls look for in guys pt2

This is the second part of my post What Do Girls Look for in Guys

I've conducted a survey to see what type of guys that most girls look for. I came up with 6 types or categories of guys. 42 bloggers and readers take part in this survey (by force/own willingness) and this is the result

14 voted for considerate/nice
12 voted for romantic/appreciative
7 voted for intelligent/witty
5 voted for free spirited/rebellious
3 voted for artistic/creative
1 voted for confident/influential

Most girls opt for the considerate/nice type and the romantic/appreciative type.

Romeo & Juliet

A typical "nice guy" is perceived to put the needs of others before his own, avoids confrontations, does favors, gives emotional support, and generally acts nicely towards women. ( source: Wikipedia)I guess this is why most girls choose Mr.Nice Guy because they feel safer and they act nicely towards girls. Mr.Romantic comes in second place probably because this type of guy understands women and treats them like they are the center of the universe.

If I were to choose, I would say either romantic/appreciative or intelligent/witty. I dream of someone who is a hopeless romantic as I am, guys belong in the intelligent/witty category fascinate me. A mix of both type would be nice...If I was ask to sort from which I like most, I would say:

  1. romantic/appreciative
  2. intelligent/witty
  3. confident/influential
  4. considerate/nice
  5. free spirited/rebellious
  6. artistic/creative
That's just me... ^_^
