current progress:
the first idea that pop in my head was....Customer Satisfaction versus Customer Loyalty and Linking Employee Behaviour to Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.
ACCEPTED but...i cant do it because advisor said this is Post Graduate level and it takes time to do it, plus i do not meet the customers directly everyday...thus...
the final research topic is
STUDY OF RECRUITMENT OF INTERN BY INSURANCE AGENCY
i have done a simple research proposal and discuss what i want to do with it...next is i need to find supporting journals for the variables...so busy with work, no time to do...(sigh)
